Southwestern Oregon Community College Community Education Class- Better Bones & Balance

An introduction to Better Bones & Balance ™, this exercise program is designed to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and falling. This simple exercise program protects bones by halting bone loss and reducing fall risk by improving balance, muscle strength and power

PE: * 0582 * Monday and Friday 10-11: 45 am.

Registration cost: $54.  NO DROP INS
