Don’t miss out on tickets for the Bandon Aquatic Center Spring Fling, a dinner and silent auction, on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Doors open at 5:30 pm at the Bandon Community Center (aka The Barn), and dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. The Master of Ceremonies will be Doug Ardiana, Bandon School Superintendent. Proceeds will be shared with, and entertainment will be by the Bandon High School Speech Club members.

Tickets are available only at The Cobblers Bench and Ace Hardware in Bandon and The Crazy Norwegian in Port Orford, and from The Aquatic Center Board members. No tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets are $35.00 per person; a table for 8 is $250.00. If you'd like to help set up, serve, or break down after the event; or you'd like more information, call 541-347-2534.

The Lions Club benefit Spaghetti Feed/ dessert auction is the same night starting at 5 pm.  This fundraiser is for ou Pacific High School scholarship. One could have a fine dinner,  get an auctioned off dessert and still have plenty of time to get to the dance- venues only 5 minutes apart- if that. Take Care of the Oregon Coast

Join SOLVE and thousands of volunteers on March 24 as we clean up litter and marine debris from the entire Oregon coast! Since 1986, this home-grown tradition of twice-yearly beach cleanups has benefited people and wildlife alike, supporting clean seas and healthy communities. This is a family friendly event and SOLVE invites all Oregonians to participate.

Kick off the spring season with SOLVE on Saturday, March 24! Oregonians will mobilize along the entire Oregon coast to remove tens of thousands of pounds of litter and marine debris washed in from winter storms. Presented by AAA Oregon, the SOLVE Spring Oregon Beach Cleanup welcomes families, schools, business groups, and volunteers of all ages to join together in cleaning Oregon’s beaches.

What: Every spring and fall, volunteers from across Oregon head to the beach as part of SOLVE’s twice-annual coastwide cleanups. This home-grown tradition has benefited people and wildlife alike, supporting clean seas and healthy communities. Join SOLVE this March to help protect the coast for present and future generations!

When: The SOLVE Spring Oregon Beach Cleanup will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10am to 1pm.

Who: This is a family friendly event, and all Oregonians are encouraged to participate!
