Tai Chi: (Yang form)
Tai Chi is not just good exercise; scientific study has documented dramatic reductions in falls for those practicing this graceful Chinese marital art. Participants will experience improved coordination and body awareness, as well as the peace that accompanies this graceful moving meditation (from SWOCC catalog with approval).
Location: Langlois Fire Hall. Fridays: 10: 30-11: 50 am.
